the classic's tomato sauce and ketchup, usually with some salt, you'd have to play with how much goes in. if you're adding other stuff, chop it all up beforehand or you wind up with burned rice, and you don't need any more of that lol
if you're gonna do soy sauce, go easy on the salt
i use white sauce sometimes, but i make mine, you should probably hold off on trying that
