hello! this is just a note for an assignment due november 4th for p.e. class the group is made up of: keiji akaashi, umetarou nozaki, kazuya miyuki the assignment is as follows: the three of you have to come up with a lesson for p.e. class. at least 45 minutes! there has to be warm up exercises, the main activity, and cool down exercises. remember that not everyone is at the same level sports-wise so please keep that in mind so that everyone can participate!! be creative if you have questions about it you can ask me any time
